RRV Helmet Size and Weights
- Circumference is measured around head, similar to hat sizing. All sizes are measured in inches.
- Start with a measuring tape (or a piece of string you can measure later), and wrap it around your head. Place the tape where your helmet will typically sit at the middle of your forehead and about 1/8" above your ear. Hold the tape firmly, but not uncomfortably tight. Find your size using the chart below.
- If a measurement falls on a dividing line between sizes, select the larger of the two sizes.

Great duty helmet
Everything on this helmet works as described. I have a light and go pro mounted to the arc rails. Adjust harness is fantastic.

Great helmet
This helmet fits comfortably and is easy to adjust via the ratchet dial harness. I have had it for 4 years and it goes on every mission with me. Price point is great.
