Finally a set of straps that works
What an awesome set of straps. We have a duffel bag with very thin straps, making it uncomfortable to carry. This set of Shellback pads fits great, and has an inner velcro set that locks around the straps. They are thick and soft, and made of a durable material. We could not be happier!

Ultimate Shoulder Pads 3.0
These pads eliminated the discomfort I was having from hiking while wearing a Ferro Slickster plate carrier with RMA 1155 plates . They fit it perfectly. They feel rugged and like they will definitely hold up to the weight. They feature some hook and loop straps within the main pad itself. I believe they are used to hold the shoulder straps in place. The shoulder straps are nice and secure. They do not slide around when installed. The mesh on the neck area was rubbing my neck a little bit but I did not feel any discomfort because it is made of soft breathable material. They made my plate carrier look nicer and gave it a more rugged look. I would definitely recommend these, especially if they are on sale.
