APO / FPO / DPO Shipping
Shellback Tactical offers shipping to our service members at overseas APO, DPO and FPO locations throughout the world.
Body Armor is restricted by ITAR regulations and can not be shipped to APO, DPO and FPO locations. Please ship these items to CONUS addresses.
The only option for APO, FPO, DPO shipping is the US Postal Service. APO shipments may take 1 to 3 days to process and can take up to 8 weeks for delivery to the final destination. Tracking information may not be provided by USPS. The final leg of the shipment is via military transport and USPS and Shellback Tactical have no control over the shipment transit times.

- Choose United States as the shipping Country.
- Choose Armed Forces (Europe, Pacific, Americas, Africa or Middle East) for your State.
- Enter your Unit information in the two Address fields.
- Make sure to include your Rank, First and Last name in the name fields.

Expedited Shipping selections are available - Next Business Day, 2 Day Air and 3 Day Delivery.
If you require Saturday delivery with UPS, you must call our customer service department at (888) 493-1855 - Saturday deliveries will require an additional charge.

Order Cancellations, Refusals, and Address Changes
Requests must be made by phone or email. Requests must be made by 11 AM EST the day after the order was placed. If the order was placed after 12PM, on a weekend or on a holiday; the timeframe will roll-over to 11AM EST on the next business weekday.
If Shellback Tactical sends the correct items to the address on order and it is refused by the customer, all shipping charges to and from the customer will be deducted from the refund. This includes all shipping charges for any items advertising Free Shipping.
Adding Additional Items to a Previous Order
We cannot guarantee that requests to add items to previous order will ship with the original order. We will make every attempt to do so but we cannot guarantee it. Additional shipping charges will apply.
If You Input Incorrect Addresses
Unfortunately, every carrier charges additional amounts to either redirect or reship packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you omit the correct street address, apartment number, PO box, zip code, etc. we have no choice but to pass on the additional charges to you. Please contact us if you have entered the wrong address or omitted information on the order.
