Shellback Tactical LLC regularly offers free shipping on orders.
Free shipping offers does not include Alaska, Hawaii or international shipments.
For all free shipping orders, we will ship via our carrier and method of choice.
If you need your items quicker, please choose an expedited shipping option at checkout.
Wholesale and bulk orders do not qualify for free shipping unless expressly noted by Shellback Tactical LLC.
Armor Shipping Policy
As required by law - Shellback Tactical LLC can NOT ship armor items to New York or Connecticut unless published requirements set forth by those states are met.
As required by law - Shellback Tactical LLC can NOT ship armor items internationally or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses without approval from US Department of Commerce or US Department of State.
APO/FPO/DPO Shipping
Shellback Tactical LLC offers shipping to our service members at overseas APO, DPO and FPO locations throughout the world.
Body Armor is restricted by ITAR regulations and can not be shipped to APO, DPO and FPO locations. Please ship these items to CONUS addresses.
The only option for APO, FPO, DPO shipping is the US Postal Service. APO shipments can take up to 8 weeks for delivery to the final destination. The final leg of the shipment is via military transport and USPS and Shellback Tactical LLC have no control over the shipment transit times.

Choose United States as the shipping country.
Choose armed forces (Europe, Pacific, Americas, Africa or Middle East) for your state.
Enter your Unit information in the two Address fields.
Make sure to include your rank, first and last name in the name fields.

International Shipping
As required by law - Shellback Tactical LLC can NOT ship armor items internationally or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses without approval from US Department of Commerce or US Department of State.
Delivery Time
Expedited shipping selections are available - Next Business Day, 2 Day Air and 3 Day Delivery.
If you require Saturday delivery with UPS, you must call our customer service department at (888) 493-1855 - Saturday deliveries will require an additional charge.

Order Cancellations, Refusals, and Address Changes
Requests must be made by phone or email. Requests must be made by 9 AM EST the day after the order was placed. If the order was placed after 12PM, on a weekend or on a holiday; the timeframe will roll-over to 9 AM EST on the next business weekday.
If Shellback Tactical LLC sends the correct items to the address on order and it is refused by the customer, all shipping charges to and from the customer will be deducted from the refund. This includes all shipping charges for any items advertising Free Shipping.
Adding Additional Items to a Previous Order
We cannot guarantee that requests to add items to previous order will ship with the original order. We will make every attempt to do so but we cannot guarantee it. Additional shipping charges may apply.
