Shipping Policy

1: All orders will be paid for and charged at time of order.

 Any and all return requests must be made with 14 days upon receipt of shipment.

2: No refund will be applied to shipments that are refused at the time of delivery. There are no exceptions to this policy.

3: All Sales are final on all apparel and closeout/overstock items.

4: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued by a sales representative from Shellback Tactical and must accompany all returns. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Be sure when you order armor products – Soft Armor Hard Plates and other armor products are not returnable after the are shipped. All sales are final on these products and we will not deviate from this policy. The reason is armor is checked for quality control when it leaves us and is ready to go. Once it arrives at your location we cannot guarantee that it was not dropped or damaged in some way to be able to sell again. The only way it us returnable is if there is an error on our part for size or wrong product.

5: Any order returned through no fault of Shellback (such as size, or color choice); will be charged a 15% restocking fee. There are no exceptions to this policy.

6: All returns due to error by Shellback Tactical will have any and all fees waived without question.

7. All orders are final and cannot be cancelled if they are within the shipping range noted on the product and within the   shipping range as noted in out shipping policy. This policy will be reviewed on an individual basis.
