The Shellback Rampage 2.0 Active Shooter Kit with Level IV Model 4S17 Plates provides the maximum protection against level IV ballistic threats and defeats armor piercing rounds. This body armor kit includes our Rampage 2.0 plate carrier and two level IV model 4S17 armor plates. The Rampage 2.0 plate carrier features lightweight laser cut molle, removable front placard and built in M4 mag pouches. The level IV model 4S17 ballistic plates are constructed of ceramic with composite backing, NIJ 0101.06 certified and made in the USA with a ten year ballistic warranty. Pleasantly impressed
Like other reviews, I could see it being small on people with large upper bodies but I’m 5’7” and it fits like a glove and covers all my important organs. I love the quality and how light the plates feel with the kit on. My only small complaint is the mag carriers on the sides. It’s a little weird. But I’ve trained with it enough so I’m comfortable with it now. I might switch the cummerbund with a quick release one. All in all I’m very pleased with the kit especially for the price.

Ballistic vest with plates
Love the vest, love the style, the fit. Its amazing all around. Highly adaptable vest with multiple efficient storage opportunities (ammo, trauma kit, etc). You get to protect your vital organs while maintaining highest level of mobility.

Rampage 2.0
Carrier is very well built, the Velcro doesn’t slip or partially come undone, you can fit it snugged up so it doesn’t bounce around and still breath, plates stay in place . Only complaints is the integrated mag pouches in the cummerbund are a bit awkward(at-least for my frame).

Quality
The carriers decent quality, but I have a cheaper carrier that was half the price that I like better being the material. The rampage doesn’t have much padding and it’s very small, about 2 inch shorter than the other carrier I have. The level 4 plates didn’t fit very snug in it either but they fit it the bigger carrier I have for what ever reason. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was for the plates. The carrier it’s self I’d do a 1 start.

Nice quality carrier. Not the most comfortable one I've used but for the price you can't beat it. Plates are a little heavy, but again, for the price, it's perfect

The carrier is nice and I was able to easily add an attachment to the front for storage and mags.

One size fits all!
I was skeptical of the one size, but after seeing how adjustable the whole setup was I went for it. I'm 6'4, 250 lbs and I was able to make it fit no problem. Fully loaded with plates and mags this setup sits super comfortably. The only thing I changed were the elastics on the side mag pouches. I don't have side plates (yet) and with them you'd be fine, but without them, the knots on the elastics are on the inside and dig into your ribs. Super easy to switch the knots to the outside if you plan on running this setup without side plates though.
