OK so I ordered a set of these and when I got them both ends came off as Ken said the shit definitely broke I was pissed and sent a nasty email and a few nasty chat messages this is my first time ordering from shellback new customer I must say Ken sent me out a new set and they work perfectly and I mean they got here like fast I mean fast plus he packed my package with free stickers and a beer cooler so I can keep my beer or drinks cool longer and a personal hand written apology on the invoice I must say I am impressed with the customer service on this Ken you have managed to save this customer I will be doing business with you guys in the future JOB WELL DONE SIR I apologize for my negative feed back ohhh and by the way Ken you made me laugh with your response in the email you sent points in my book a satisfied customer thank you

Would not recommend thought this a quality company with quality products have left a email and a chat message have not gotten a response as of yet also left a picture of the hook ends and the bungee where the hook ends came off on both I just got them over the weekend tried to put the hooks on my night vision and the hooks separated from the bungee makes me wonder where they got these made and if the rest of there products are like this
