eliminates shoulder pain and fatigue from heavy kit
I have a rather heavy kit with with 2 level IV plates, 4 mags, radio, Camelback and other items. On long humps my shoulders used to kill me. Not since I have installed these. They eliminate shoulder pain and fatigue and honestly make my kit feel lighter.

Life saver!
These things are Great! Maybe it’s not made in the US but the quality is good, the padding is really good. It’s super easy to throw on and pull off . Cleaning is easy. Take a lot of the pressure off the shoulders when wearing your kit all day

What did I do before these?
This is seriously one of the best products I’ve purchased. I own a mid-range PC setup for the rare times I need it for work. The times I’ve thrown it on over my existing gear, I could feel it weighing down heavily on my shoulders, even to the point (I believe) of causing me headaches. The replacement pads make the whole kit seems lighter. They are very well padded, without being heavy or intrusive to your range of motion. I love mine.

Well made product that fits well and does exactly what it is supposed to do. Has completely done away with the clavicle discomfort that existed prior to install.

Not required but a BIG plus in the field
These pads work exceptionally well with the Banshee plate carrier. They can also be adapted and used with a variety of other equipment since they simply fold over and Velcro to existing shoulder straps. Comes with a nice mesh bag to store them. They dry pretty quickly when soaked by rain or sweat and maintain loft even after continued use. No instructions but then.... if you need the instructions, you should just send them back. Shipping was fast - got these within a few days of ordering.

Unfortunately, this is my first experience with mismatching colors. I have the Shellback Banshee in Ranger Green, and I feel the pads were a shade lighter in color, in the same Ranger Green. Maybe it's me. Also it's made in China unlike most of their products such as their carriers.
