I have a gen 1 banshee vest. I'm pretty skinny and finding a comfortable placement with my vest was difficult. These pads however added enough thickness to the strap to make the fit just what I needed. I do not notice the weight as much with the pads. Only dropped it to 4 stars because I haven't fully put it through its paces yet and can't speak for how well it will hold up. I will be getting another set to put on a back pack that has poor padding on its straps.

eliminates shoulder pain and fatigue from heavy kit
I have a rather heavy kit with with 2 level IV plates, 4 mags, radio, Camelback and other items. On long humps my shoulders used to kill me. Not since I have installed these. They eliminate shoulder pain and fatigue and honestly make my kit feel lighter.
