The Shellback Tactical Flap Sac 2.0 Pouch is a versatile plate carrier dangler pouch designed to provide additional storage for mission-essential gear without adding unnecessary bulk. Built for military, law enforcement, and first responders, this pouch mounts securely beneath the front flap of most plate carriers using a hook-and-loop attachment system. Designed as a fanny-pack style add-on for armor carriers, the Flap Sac 2.0 allows operators to carry critical equipment such as multitools, medical supplies, batteries, gloves, or navigation gear while keeping items easily accessible during operations.
Constructed from durable 500-denier nylon, this lightweight pouch offers excellent durability in harsh operational environments while maintaining a streamlined profile that won’t interfere with mobility or weapon handling. The pouch also includes a rear pocket capable of accepting a soft armor insert, allowing users to upgrade the pouch with additional abdominal ballistic protection when paired with the Shellback Tactical Flap Sac Soft Armor Insert. Organization
Just wish it had some kind of way to organize things inside the pouch some straps or something like for pens knifes and stuff like that I got an organizer from Amazon and work ok had to put Velcro on the inside of the pouch and is a lot better

Admin pouch
This is a great product. I really like it everything that I needed to put in there fits however, I could not find a good spot to attach it to my best. Other than that it’s perfect.

Manufacturing
All of the shellback pouches are made in China. They should be made in the US. When I saw they were made in China I was super disappointed. C’mon Shellback you can do better. Make the pouches in the US and people will be way more happy. The Made in China is a definite minus

Excellent, a Awesome piece of Kit, fully Functional with my Shellback Tactical Banshee Elite 3.0 Plate Carrier with Shellback Tactical Side Armor Pouch,. With Level IV armor panels in all pounches. It is about the Best avasilable. Velcro Fasteners have Great Holding Capability, loaded with a Variety of items. It is a Superb Addition to any Plate Carrier. A operator or other may require for additional Storage capacity. Be sure to Mount the Level3 Panel inside the Rear zipper area. For additional protection against forcasted threat levels.

Tactical Flap Sac 2.0
Got this for an additional Med pouch to supplement belt carried IFAK. Not designed as a Med sac, but works well. Was able to configure a tourniquet on bottom where cyalume sticks go. Molle on front panel a plus. Built sturdy.

Superb pouch!
Overall this is an awesome product! I bought two, one in multicam and one in Wolf Gray. The construction seems very good for the price and the MC pattern is a perfect match for my Shellback low-pro carrier. The armor fits very snugly in the back pocket leaving a good amount of room in the front for a med kit, phone, spare mags, etc. Be advised that the top flap that secures to the plate carrier has the loop field on the front and hooks on the back. Perfect for my Shellback, but the arrangement is the opposite of the velcro on my Strandhogg V3. I was able to install it on the front where the placard would go, which functionally will replace the laser cut PALS on the front but it does stick out further than it would if you could mount in on the back. On the plus side the Wolf Gray is a dead perfect color match for the First Spear Manatee colorway.
