Really good but one problem
I bought this plate carrier for my wife because she was stealing my Rampage 2.0 for her 3 mile walks. After we received it she was already in love with her GoRuck backpack. At work we are changing from black to ranger green gear and i brought both of my carriers to work and mkxed and match cummerbuns and moved pouches around and if you buy the Skirmish and a Rampage 2.0 cummerbun, you almost have a budget Banshee. This carrier is very practical and has the admin pouch for all my tools and i can get the pouch for mags in there but i also have the slots in my cummerbun. The only thing that bothers me is the adjustable straps on the shoulders. Everytime i try to take off my vest it loosens all the way and you cant tighten it with it on. The solution i found is: Find the spot, mark it, weave them through the webbing. After that there is more resistance. Anytime i put the vest on the teeth in the buckle dont grab but this will work.

The cheapest I would go for a PC.
Carrier is just ok. Needed a carrier for work ASAP so ordered this with the prevail lvl 4 plates. Biggest problem with this carrier is the shoulder straps. They will NOT stay adjusted without taping them. The nylon is too thin, so it just slips right out of the qr buckles at times you have to pick the carrier up.

Shellback Tactical Carrier
Made in China sticker inside the carrier is a turn-off. Otherwise, carrier is great for level 3 plates.

Shellback For The Win
I say with sincerity that I rarely give a 5 star review. Vast majority of the time I give 4 unless given a reason to. Shellback def earned that one for sure. Excellent experience. Reached out with a question regarding shipping and Ken (The owner, I believe. As it turns out.) responded within about a day, which is awesome. Package arrived within a few days in perfect condition (with some cool unique touches with the packaging for the holidays) and they even included a few goodies in the bag including stickers etc. You can tell they took the time to make sure it was packaged correctly. As for the PC itself, it’s definitely high quality and very comfortable. Fits like a glove after a few minor adjustments. The cumberbund positions nicely and the multicam is nice as well. The kangaroo pouch isn’t very useful as the Velcro lining the inside extends down too far inside the pocket which makes it difficult to open and leaves little room for actual storage usage. Webbing for MOLLE attachments are plentiful and the padding throughout is effective and adds to the comfort level. I’m adding side pockets for my 6x6 side plates as well as a triple rifle/mag MOLLE pouch on the front for AR/Glock mags. I went with the Skirmish over the Banshee/Rampage/Patriot models due to the right balance of features and the price being significantly lower. I’m happy with my purchase and plan to make another in the future. Thanks Shellback for the great experience! You earned my repeat business for sure.

Good
It’s a nice carrier but the stitching where I put my kangaroo mag pouches the stitching is coming out so I’ll have to restitch it so it doesn’t continue falling apart

Amazing
The first thing I noticed when looking at this vest was people saying they couldnt get it to fit right on the shoulders however there is a spacer pad on top of the vest that you can remove to lift up the vest into its proper position and makes it way more manageable with level 4 ceremic plates! Other than that the vest os perfect for its price point!

Skirmish Plate Carrier
The back plate will not sit high enough on my back no matter how much I tighten it and I’m pretty big. Other than that it’s a decent

Quality just a few tweaks to make it 5 star for me
Good carrier. I’m 6’6 225lbs. Comfortable with a full load out. Only two things for me personally that I’d change. One is the awkward flap that you have to flip up under the carrier after securing the sides. Probably the only big issue for me personally. I like to keep my armor tight to not bounce around when moving or climbing. That flap is an no no for me. Second the shoulder strap buckles don’t hold the strap in place when adjusted. It lets lose immediately. I remedied that with 100mph tape. Over all great carrier for the price. Would recommend it does what it was designed to do.
