Rip Away Medic Pouch
You can’t go wrong with any Shellback Tactical product. This rip away medic pouch is my second one. I have one for each of my plate carriers. They have enough room to carry all the essentials I need when doing my job. I trust Shellback Tactical with my life. I highly suggest their products. You won’t be disappointed

Exactly what you needed
It’s a two part kit. The “base” can be attached via molle to anywhere on your kit, I’ve placed it just right of my six o’clock position on my war belt because the second part, the actual medic pouch, detaches from the base which held the bond via both a large strong velcro patch and a loop and buckle system to additionally secure your IFAK. Unbuckle the loop and pull on handle to defeat the Velcro attachment point from in this case the rear of the belt and you got IFAK front and center. Plenty of room to fit more than standard IFAKS pouches, could easily double up on tourniquets, chest seals, etc. which shellback stocks from North American Rescue but shellback ships faster. Go Shellback.

More room than expected.
I fit the following items in this bag with room despair, honestly I was not expecting this much room but Since I have it, I can add a couple additional items that I want to make sure I have. 2- 4.75” HyFin Vents 1- 4” OLAES Bandage (room for 2) 1- 4” ETD bandage (Flat packed) 3- 4” S-rolled gauze (flat packed) 1- CAT tourniquet 1- SWAT-T tourniquet 1- Shears 1- Space Blanket I still have to add some regular square gauze packs and other bits of kit but so far all of this fit with room for additional items. Something else that’s worth mentioning I’m able to remove and open the bag from my plate carrier one-handed. Like everything else I’ve bought from ShellBack, I’m impressed with the build quality.

Medic Pouch
Alot more room in the small pouch then i initially thought i was able to fit a OLAESE Bandage and a few large gauze strips and basic medicine in there. Construction is pretty strong for what you get

Rip Away Med Pouch
I love this med pouch!!! I was looking for a rip away med pouch for my Tac team and ran into this one. Great construction, plenty of pockets and elastic on the inside and nice large velcro panels to attach to. Holds everything in my old IFAK easily and organized and I love the Velcro loop field on the front. The only nitpick I have is that it is a little large. I would love to see a rip away offering for Shellback’s tactical medic pouch. It’s a little smaller and I would like the option to trim my loadout a little.

My favorite Medic Pouch configuration and perfect size for a belt, small pack, or vehicle. OD Green is a great shade, wish they offered for all there products.

Well made, sturdy construction and spacious. Small detail but love the fact that the velcro panel and strap are both in Multicam as opposed to other brands do that use coyote. Highly recommend!
