Second to none
I had a fantastic experience with Shellback Tactical. In particular, I was impressed with their customer service. Several days after I placed my order, I learned that these plates were put on a slight backorder. When I contacted their customer service, to discuss the situation, they were tremendously considerate and upgraded my standard shipping to 2nd-day shipping at no cost. Even with a backorder, I received notification of delivery that was quick by any standard. Then when the box arrived, and I opened the well-secured packaging, I continued to be impressed. The product itself is of the highest quality, and you cannot beat a 10-year warranty. Though I have not taken a bullet in these plates, their NIJ certification gives me the confidence to know I will come home each night. I would highly recommend this company and product to anyone interesting in body armor.

Excellent Plates
Their fit, finish and construction is top notch. They look and feel better then other plates I have caught a round with. I have no doubt that these plates would not let me down, hopefully I wont have to catch another round but if I did, I have no worries with these plates. Excellent quality for an excellent price.and didn't have to wait forever for them, pretty quick turnaround

Great plates at a great price
Purchased these while on sale. They were a really reasonable price and pair great with the banshee 2.0 carrier. A little on the heavy side, but they are level 4 plates, I don’t expect anything different. Super fast shipping, and packed really well. Can’t beat the 10 year warranty either. Shellback has amazing shipping time, customer service and are honestly about the best in the business. I’ve bought several carriers from people such as RMA and AR500 and they are just abysmal with 10-12 week lead times and really poor communication. As long as Shellback keeps this up, they will have a customer for life.

What more can you ask for ? These plates are an amazing value for the money . I have had several plate sets but these are on another level, the slightly cushioned outer cover is functional and sleek , weight is to a minimum considering the price point , and a 10 year warranty.. you my friends have a repeat customer!
